How does job-targeted resume optimization work?

The system fetches the posting from the provided link (or you paste the text), reads the uploaded resume and passes both documents to the AI model (Anthropic's Claude). The AI rewrites the resume: reorders sections to match the offer, weaves in ATS keywords and strengthens achievement descriptions — without inventing any facts. The result is a paste-ready resume plus a list of further tips.

What criteria are candidates evaluated on?

Evaluation covers exactly 4 criteria: 1) hard-skills alignment with the posting, 2) operational capacity (team management, planning, self-organization), 3) profile consistency — logical agreement between the resume and cover letter, 4) identified risks (red flags and missing requirements). Payments are handled by Stripe; subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.

Which files can I upload and what happens to my resume?

Supported formats are PDF and DOCX, up to 8 MB. Files are processed strictly in server memory: the system extracts the text, sends it for analysis and immediately discards the buffer. Your resume is never written to disk or a database, and is not used for model training — in line with GDPR.

Is the AI content detector conclusive?

No — no AI content detector is 100% certain. RekrutacjaAI.pl analyses stylometric patterns (sentence rhythm, predictability of phrasing, generic structures) and returns an estimated probability with a confidence level. Treat the result as a conversation prompt for the interview, not as proof.
