RekrutacjaAI.pl is an AI-powered online recruitment platform. Job seekers upload a resume (PDF or DOCX) and paste a link to a job posting — AI rewrites the resume for the posting's requirements, writes a cover letter based on real experience from the resume, and runs an interactive interview simulation. Employers upload a candidate's resume and cover letter plus a link to their own posting — AI evaluates the candidate across 4 recruitment criteria and can rank up to 50 resumes at once.

The system fetches the posting from the provided link (or you paste the text), reads the uploaded resume and passes both documents to the AI model (Anthropic's Claude). The AI rewrites the resume: reorders sections to match the offer, weaves in ATS keywords and strengthens achievement descriptions — without inventing any facts. The result is a paste-ready resume plus a list of further tips.

Evaluation covers exactly 4 criteria: 1) hard-skills alignment with the posting, 2) operational capacity (team management, planning, self-organization), 3) profile consistency — logical agreement between the resume and cover letter, 4) identified risks (red flags and missing requirements). Each criterion is scored 0–100 with concrete findings, and the report closes with a verdict and a recommendation for the hiring manager.

Two groups. Job seekers use it to optimize a resume for a specific posting, generate a professional cover letter and rehearse interviews. Employers, HR teams and agencies use it to screen candidates against a role across 4 criteria, rank large application batches, and check whether an application was written entirely by AI.

Job seekers have two plans: the 24h Pass for $10 (one-time payment — 24 hours of unlimited access, no subscription) and Full Month for $25/month (recurring subscription). Employers choose between Standard at $149/month (1 user, single-resume evaluation), Pro / Team at $379/month (batch Top 10 ranking of up to 50 resumes, scorecard, PDF export) and Enterprise with custom pricing. Payments are handled by Stripe; subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.

Supported formats are PDF and DOCX, up to 8 MB. Files are processed strictly in server memory: the system extracts the text, sends it for analysis and immediately discards the buffer. Your resume is never written to disk or a database, and is not used for model training — in line with GDPR.
